Retrofit Assessments: As of September 2022 we can now offer a fully accredited Retrofit Assessment service for domestic properties. From £175 inc.VAT we conduct a professional survey and a comprehensive report to work alongside the Retrofit Co-Ordinator. Furthermore, we have partnered with Zero Carbon Harrogate to support the development of a low carbon sustainable economy in the area. Domestic house owners withing the HG postcode can have their assessment carried out for £160 inc.VAT.
Legionella Assessments: All landlords must ensure that the dangers associated with Legionella have been fully investigated within their rented properties, and a documented Legionella risk assessment is typically seen as the best means of achieving this. EPC Local (Yorkshire) have undertaken, and passed, the courses required to produce a Legionella Risk Assessment for both clients and landlords.
